In a webinar held on the 10th, May 2021. The Rural Electrification Agency (REA) in collaboration with the Nigeria Electrification Project (NEP) held its 6th Performance Based Grant Roundtable event under the Solar Hybrid Mini grid component of the NEP.
The meeting began with a welcome remark from the HPMU-NEP, Anita Otubu. In her remark, Mrs Otubu assured that the goal for consistently holding roundtable events was to ensure that the NEP continues to provide all necessary support and enabling environment for key stakeholders as they accelerate electricity access across rural communities and businesses in Nigeria. She encouraged participants to take advantage of this forum to ask questions, share their concerns and challenges faced during the process of project implementation.
