REA CONDUCTS PRE-SENSITIZATION FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT IN PREPARATION FOR NEP MINI GRID PROJECTS BY PRIVATE DEVELOPERS IN 4 STATES
The Rural Electrification Agency recently carried out pre-sensitization exercise in some communities located in Niger, Cross River, Ogun and Sokoto States in preparation for engagement with the stakeholders in a town hall meeting in November, 2018.
The exercise was conducted by the Zonal Coordinators in conjunction with zonal promotional officers where they informed the communities about the upcoming Nigeria Electrification Project (NEP) mini grid in their communities which is being implemented by Rural Electrification Agency in collaboration with World Bank.
